Welcome to Story Pod, a product owned and operated by Bitmentors Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Canada. By accessing or using Story Pod (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Any resemblance to actual persons, living or deceased, actual events, businesses, organizations, or locales is entirely coincidental and unintentional. The content is created solely for entertainment purposes and is not intended to copy, replicate, or infringe upon any existing works, trademarks, or intellectual property. If you believe any content bears resemblance to protected material, please contact us and we will review the matter promptly.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Story Pod, including but not limited to stories, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Bitmentors Inc. or its content providers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without authorization
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Use content for commercial purposes without written consent
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

7. User Content and Conduct

When using features like highlights, bookmarks, or any user-generated content, you agree not to:

• Share content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BITMENTORS INC. AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bitmentors Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
